In 5 Minutes complete as many rounds as possible:
1 Strict Pull-Up
1 Kipping Pull-Up
1 Kipping CTB Pull-Up
*if you cannot do a strict pull-up (or kip) then in 5 minutes perform as many strict ring rows with the straps perpendicular to the floor.
Then, 1 round for time:
30 Box Jumps 30/24
30 Speed Skaters (each leg, so 60 total)
30 GHD Sit-ups
